Dock in excellent condition with updated firmware. We have tested this dock with numerous devices including Apple MacBook, HP EliteBook, Dell Latitude and of course many Lenovo models. All features and ports supported, plug and play - dock working 100%. However your mileage may vary depending on your Windows configuration and drivers installed so you may need to seek support from your IT provider if your dock is not working. Critical to this is having Intel Thunderbolt drivers installed and approving your device to connect. USB-C does not equal Thunderbolt - Ensure your device has Thunderbolt support.

To enable the Thunderbolt dock when connected to the computer for the first time, you must have elevated administrator privileges. You may need to enter your computer's BIOS to set Thunderbolt 3 --> Security level --> No Security.

Before connecting your ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 Dock:
** Ensure your computer BIOS, drivers are up to date.
** Ensure the Thunderbolt drivers are installed on your computer.
** Ensure Intel HD Graphics Driver is up to date.
