This is the original Apple adhesive kit for iMac 27" 2017-2019. It can also be used on earlier model iMacs 2012 to 2015. When using on the 2019 model you will need to make a small modification on the bottom bezel and accommodate a small hole for the microphone.

If you've used cheap and inferior aftermarket tapes, you will appreciate the ease of installation, removal and strength of this original, genuine Apple product.

We can't emphasis enough how important is is to have the original tape otherwise you risk the display falling out as the iMac heats up during use. The aftermarket tapes loose their adhesive strength as they get warm. Don't risk breaking your display for the sake of a few dollars.
