Our service and repair department is one of the best available. We can repair faults that the manufactuers often tell you cant be fixed. many other computer companies aren't even aware of the work we are able to do. Our technicians routinely repair laptops that have had liquid damage and impact damage, replace both northbridge or southbridge chips and graphics processor chips.
 
If you have been told your laptop is too old or beyond repair, give us a call, there isn't much we cant fix !
We also repair iPad, iPhone and nearly all other Apple products.

Fees

There is a $79.00 inc gst inspection fee, you will then be told exactly what the fault is and the total cost to fix it. The inspection fee is absorbed into the cost of the repair if you decide to accept the quote.
 

Booking a repair

You can call into our shop in Pakuranga, or you can book a repair online with the link below.
 
Ensure to put your laptop or computers model number and serial number into the form.
 
Please do not send power adaptors, bags or any other extras with your laptop unless requested to do so by staff.
 
The repair queue is 3-10 business days and you can login anytime  to see the status of your repair job. 
Express service is available for $50 extra, this will have your repair job completed in 48 hours.
 
Note: if you book and job and it is not received at our store within 7 days your booking will be deleted and you will need to re-book a new job.
